SELECTING AN OPERATIONAL SITE

By comparing changes in crack width produced by temperature and humidity with those produced by ground vibration, it is possible to see how much each factor contributes. The Infrastructure Technology Institute (ITI) of Northwestern University has conducted extensive research on the differences between these factors affecting cracks.
